What is the Cancellation Policy?

If by chance you need to cancel, please be sure to do so within 48 hours of your scheduled delivery to avoid any charges. You can always reach us by phone at: (843) 619-7095 or email us at: Info@seasidebabygear.com.

How soon should we make a reservation?

You definitely should book your reservation as soon as your travel plans to Kiawah Island, Seabrook Island or Johns Island are confirmed to ensure we have the items you need for your children. We ask that you reserve your gear 48 hours in advance of your arrival to your beach vacation destination.

What is your damage policy?

We take pride and care in delivering your baby gear in pristine condition. We ask that we receive the products back in the same condition that we delivered to you. If any items are lost, stolen, or damaged we will charge your credit card the cost of replacement or repair in addition to the rental cost.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes and it's complimentary. We will deliver, set-up, and then pick-up. All gear must be ready for pick-up by 9:00 am on your rental end date. If you need the gear for an extra day it's not a problem, but please notify us and confirm at least 24 hours in advance to extend the rental period and to avoid charges other than rental fees.

Is tipping allowed?

Tipping the driver is entirely up to you. Drivers accept tips and many customers do tip, usually between $10 and $20. If you've received great service and want to make our day a little brighter you can always share your experience with others by visiting us on Facebook or Google.
